Seamless Pipes & Tubes
Pierced from a solid billet, then hot-finished or cold-drawn. No weld seam, so suited to high-pressure and high-temperature service.
Best for High-pressure lines, refineries, boilersPipes and tubes in stainless, duplex, carbon and alloy steel, nickel alloys, titanium and copper — supplied against the specification, size and certificate on your purchase order.

Pipes and tubes carry fluids, gases and loads in almost every plant we supply — which is why the grade, wall thickness and certificate must be right the first time.
We supply seamless pipes, ERW and welded pipes, and precision tubes for heat exchangers, boilers and instrumentation. Material is ordered by specification — ASTM, ASME, EN or IS — and checked against the mill test certificate before it is dispatched.
If you are unsure whether you need a pipe or a tube, a seamless or a welded product, or which schedule to specify, tell us the service conditions and we will help you choose.
Choosing the right manufacturing route matters as much as choosing the right grade.

Formed from strip or plate and welded. Economical, and available in larger diameters than seamless.
Best for Water, process and general piping
Precision tubes with tight tolerances on OD and wall, specified by actual size.

Ask on WhatsAppA pipe is ordered by nominal size (NPS or DN) and schedule and is mainly used to carry fluids. A tube is ordered by its actual outside diameter and wall thickness, with tighter tolerances, and is used in heat exchangers, boilers and instrumentation.
Seamless pipe has no weld seam and is the usual choice for high pressure and high temperature. Welded pipe is more economical and is available in larger diameters, and is widely used for water, process and general service. Your design code and service conditions decide.
Schedule is a number that, together with the nominal pipe size, sets the wall thickness. A higher schedule means a thicker wall. Stainless steel pipe also uses “S” schedules such as 10S, 40S and 80S. See our dimensional charts.
Material is supplied with a mill test certificate. Ask for EN 10204 Type 3.1 or 3.2 when you enquire, and mention any PMI, hydrostatic test or third-party inspection you need. Read more on our Quality Policy page.
